Metropolitan Nature Park and Punta Chame Beach day
Our day starts with an exploration of the only protected area inside a downtown in Latin America: The Metropolitan Nature Park- with a trail system that allows you to see wildlife; such as: sloths, monkeys, deers. parrots and toucans, at the same time leading you to Cedar Hill's summit, where you'll be able to enjoy magnificent views of the city.
In the afternoon, we'll leave Panama City to take the Pan-American Highway, along the way you'll discover the countryside, before reaching Punta Chame: a small beach community, with white sand beaches where you'll be able to swim, sunbathe and enjoy the Pacific Ocean's waters. Return to Panama City in the late afternoon.
EXTENSION: You can add to this trip: An Overnight Camping Experience at the San Carlos' Lagoon for an extra fee: $50.

Rainforest Walk at Soberania National Park and Overnight Camping at San Carlos' Lagoon.
We'll start the day by exploring Soberania National Park, a 22,000 Ha, protected rainforest next to the Panama Canal, in search of some the local wildlife such as: monkeys, sloths, agoutis, coatis, and some of the 450 species of birds recorded in their trails. After our hike, we'll drive across Panama countryside in order to reach Western Panama cloud forest mountains, where we'll pass from the hot humid lowlands to cool, windy foothills at the San Carlos' Lagoon: located at 800 meters above sea level. We'll set up our tents, cook dinner and enjoy the evening while having a glass of wine by our campfire.
The next morning you'll be able to swim in the lagoon's waters. Return to Panama City in the early afternoon

Camping and Hiking at the Anton Valley - 2 Days
The Anton Valley is a wonderful place for those nature and outdoors' enthusiasts. This small town located in the crater of a dormant volcano has several waterfalls, hills with hiking trails and abundant wildlife. also there are some other amenities such as: hotsprings, a butterfly house, a serpentarium, a botanical garden and a Zoo. Not to mention the different restaurants located in its Central Avenue with exquisite gastronomy.
We'll have two nights to explore this venue. So we will remain flexible with our itinerary.
NOTE: The camping site availability may vary and needs a reservation, being this said; we require you to book at least 72 hours in advance.

Panama Camping Adventure - 7 Days
Explore Panama by Camping in several protected areas where you'll be a able to enjoy breathtaking landscapes, lush rainforest and small picturesque countryside towns.
CAMPANA NATIONAL PARK- PUNTA CHAME BEACH -SAN CARLOS' LAGOON- DAY 1
We'll start the day early morning by leaving Panama City traveling through the Pan-American Highway to explore Campana National Park,
4,816 Ha, protected Cloud Forest protected area. We'll hike its trails in search of some the local wildlife such as: monkeys, sloths, agoutis, coatis, and birds. After our hike, we'll drive down to the coast in order to reach Punta Chame: a small beach community, with white sand beaches where you'll be able to swim, sunbathe and enjoy the Pacific Ocean's waters.

CAMPING ANTON VALLEY- DAY 2-3
In the morning, you'll have time to swim at the San Carlos' lagoon. In the mid -afternoon, we'll leave to The Anton Valley, this venue is a wonderful place for those nature and outdoors' enthusiasts. EL CAÑO ARCHEOLOGIICAL SITE-EL COPÉ NATIONAL PARK
DAY 4-5
We'll leave the Anton Valley mid-morning in order to continue our adventure, We'll do a stopover at El Caño Archeological Site, a place where you can appreciate the pre-columbian pottery and jewel unearthed on an area that was an indigenous cemetery . then we'll make our way to the Firefly Camping site where we'll spent two nights, once there we'll setup our tents and explore the environs.
the next morning we'll explore El Cope National Park a important element in the Mesoamerican Biological Corridor it protects 25,275 Ha. of Cloud Forest in the Central Mountain range, We'll visit el Calvario Lookout one of the few places where you can see the two oceans in Panama before exploring its trail. Overnight Firefly Campsite.
LA YEGUADA FOREST RESERVE - DAY -6
Today, we'll leave the Firefly Camp and make our way to La Yeguada Forest Reserve, ancient stratovolcano-type crater, converted into a lagoon as part of a hydro-electric power plant in 1960's. Nowadays it harbor a campsite and trails that allow visitors to explore its environs.Overnight La Yeguada Campsite.
LA YEGUADA FOREST RESERVE - PANAMA CITY- DAY- 7
We'll explore the Forest Reserve environs, before making our way back to Panama City by late- afternoon.
EXTENSION: You can add a 5- day Extension to Boquete and Bocas del Toro for and additional: $600 per person.

We leave Panama City early morning to hit the road on an 7-hours drive to Boquete: located in the Western Highlands with hiking trails, waterfalls, butterfly nurseries, abundant wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, coffee plantations, artisanal breweries and a vibrant nightlife. This mountain town located at 1800 meters above sea level is a top venue for Panama. We'll spent 3 nights in exploring this picturesque region. - Overnight Boquete.
BOQUETE -BOCAS DEL TORO- DAY 4:
We'll cross the the continental divide mountains to reach the town of Almirante Town where we'll drop our vehicle on a parking lot to take a 30 minutes boat ride to Isla Colon, Bocas del Toro.- Overnight Bocas del Toro.
BOCAS DEL TORO- DAY 5-6:
This archipelago located in the Caribbean take you to another dimension. wooden houses built on stilts by the shoreline, beautiful beaches, paradise vibes, bars, discotheques invite to relax and forget about everything, enjoy the moment and party all night long. There are several boat tours offered, and many areas to explore; so we'll remain flexible during our stay. Overnight Bocas del Toro.
BOCAS DEL TORO TO DAVID -DAY 7-
We'll leave Bocas del Toro by mid-morning to reach David by the late afternoon, where will spent the night before heading to Panama City the next morning.- Overnight David.
DAVID TO PANAMA CITY- DAY 8: We'll leave early morning to reach Panama City by the late afternoon. - Overnight Panama City.

A Morning at The Rainforest Tower
Early morning you'll pìcked up from your accommodation for a 45 minutes ride alongside the Panama Canal to reachSoberania National Park a 22,000 ha protected area in the middle of interoceanic waterway, once there we'll get to the Rainforest Discovery Center, where will have eagle' eye view from atop of its 40 m observation tower. We'll spent the early hours trying to spots Monkeys, Toucans, Parrot and any other wildlife wandering in the canopy, then we'll continue our adventure exploring its trail system to finish the day a its hummingbird's feeders. Return to Panama city in the afternoon.

We'll meet at the Colonial District for a Private Sunset Walk where you'll be able to learn the history of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, going around the narrow streets and appreciating the mix of the architecture styles present in this colonial town, visiting several churches and squares , the ancient fort that protected the city. while your guide provides you interesting historical facts about the events that shaped this World Heritage Site.
